A new residential development is slated to begin construction this fall near the State College Regional Airport in Benner Township. University Park Townes, a 17-building townhouse development spanning 15.7 acres, is set to include 146 residential units and up to 73 short-term rental/Airbnb units, according to Cade Pribula, the vice president of capital markets at Inch & Co.
