The York County-based Inch & Co. recently broke ground on a new mixed-use community in Dillsburg. According to Inch & Co., they recently broke ground on a new mixed-use community called “North 15” in Dillsburg, Pa. The new community is going to be situated at the intersection of Ore Bank Road and US 15 in Carroll Township.

The new North 15 community is going to feature over 16,000 square feet of retail and commercial spaces. Additionally, this includes the construction of 33 single-family home lots and 148 apartment units across five different three-story buildings. One of the apartment buildings will also feature a fitness center, leasing office, mailroom, and a community center.
