New central Pa. housing development will include 148 apartments, 33 homes
A new housing development is planned in York County. Last week, officials at Inch & Co. Development broke ground on the new development, which will be known as 15 North. The 38.6-acre property is located at 15 Ore Bank Road in Carroll Township.
The community will include 148 apartment units and 33 homes. The five buildings of apartments will include one, two and three-bedroom units ranging from 763 to 1457 square feet of space. The apartments will range from $1,300 to $2,200 a month.
The community will include two 8,000-square-foot commercial pads, a fitness center, a business center, a mail kiosk, storage lockers and a walking trail.
Inch & Co. Development has announced it has launched a $20M fund, with a minimum investment of $100,000, to invest in future developments similar to 15 North. Those interested in investing, can find more information at www.cascadecapitalco.com.
