Inch & Co. plans to break ground in early fall on Midland Pointe at Lake Norman, a 240-unit apartment project in Catawba County. Inch and Co. provides several services including construction, property management, and real estate services. The Midland Pointe project represents one of its more ambitious undertakings outside its home region—a bet on scaling into the Southeast market.
